These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://swaeduae.ae, related subdomains (including platform and admin hosts where applicable), and the SwaedUAE – Volunteer mobile applications (together, the “Platform”), operated by SwaedUAE Association for Culture and Community Empowerment (“SwaedUAE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), affiliated with the Ministry of Community Development (MoCD) of the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

5. Content and intellectual property

5.1 Platform branding, software, and SwaedUAE-owned content remain our property or that of our licensors.

5.2 You retain rights in content you submit (for example profile text or support messages), and grant SwaedUAE a non-exclusive licence to host and process it as needed to operate the Platform and comply with law.

5.3 Do not post content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Third-party services

The Platform may integrate third-party services (for example email, sign-in, hosting, maps, or payment providers where enabled). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Platform.
