How do I check in to an event?

Use the signed link or QR from your coordinator while logged in, allow location when prompted, and tap Check in on the attendance page before the window closes.

How do I register as a volunteer?

Open Join as Volunteer, complete the form, verify your email, then finish your volunteer profile (bio and emergency contact) before applying or joining a roster.

What if an event requires an application?

Submit your application from the opportunity page. Organizers or platform staff will review it; you will get an email when the decision is made.

How can I download my personal data?

After you verify your email, open Profile → Data & privacy and use Download my data (JSON export). For broader requests, contact support.

Who do I contact for help?

Use Help & support for account, attendance, or volunteering questions. Use Contact & support for general, partnership, and institutional enquiries.

How are volunteering minutes verified?

When organisers publish an opportunity with geo check-in/out, roster members check in inside the venue window within the organizer’s geofence (and accuracy thresholds when strict rules apply). That recorded time contributes to verified minutes used for eligibility rules before certificates are issued by administrators.

How do participation certificates work?

Eligible volunteers may receive certificates issued through the platform once verification rules are met—including minimum verified minutes and issuance policies. Anyone can validate a token using the public verification URL /certificates/verify/{token} (replace {token} with the code printed on the certificate). Issued certificates also show a verify link in your volunteer area.

Volunteer opportunities are published separately when programmes are open for registration.
