National Day

Organisation and reception, guiding the public and helping the police at parades, performing folk-arts and stage segments, distributing gifts and flags, and photographing the celebrations. In the last three seasons the platform recorded 1,214 verified hours across ten National Day events, the largest being the three-day celebration with Al Bidya Association in 2024 (108 volunteers, 518 hours).

The National Day season, from Flag Day on 3 November to the celebrations of 2 December, is the association's oldest tradition: the team's very first posts in 2017 were National Day participations with the Emiri Court and Kalba Municipality. Since then the volunteers have organised, guided and performed at parades in Dibba Al Hisn and Kalba, at municipalities, banks, universities, health centres, the Heritage Village, the airport and the corniches, and staged the operetta "A Message to Zayed" in Qidfa for the 48th National Day.
