You check in at the venue, not from home. The app confirms you are inside the event’s circle, keeps confirming while you are there, and closes the session when you leave.

01 Join The event shows on the map with its attendance circle around the venue.

02 At the venue Check-in opens one hour before the start. The app measures your position and its accuracy.

03 During the event The app sends a presence signal every few minutes: inside the circle or outside it.

04 Leaving You check out, or the system closes the session itself after the event ends.

The rules

The circle	150 m around the venue by default; the organizer sets it per event
Accuracy	Check-in is refused when the phone’s position is less accurate than 150 m
Fake location	Location-spoofing apps are detected; the check-in is refused and the attempt logged
The session	Closes itself after the grace period, and counts only if the last signal was inside the circle
No-shows	Joined but never came: recorded as a no-show, visible in the reliability rate
Fallback	A QR code at the venue or the event supervisor, when the signal is weak

On the day, the organizer sees a live board: who is in, who left the circle, who needs review.
