Booking terms
- A booth is confirmed only after we check that the payment arrived.
- If your request is not accepted, the full amount is refunded.
- Cancel 15 days or more before the festival: full refund.
- Cancel later, or no show after confirming: half of the amount is refunded.
- The booth location is assigned by the organizers.
- Cooking and grilling areas are outside only; no cooking or grilling inside the hall.
