Executive Committees
Five committees formed in 2023 to run the association's day-to-day work.
Purpose
The extraordinary General Assembly of 27 May 2023 and the board meeting of 12 June 2023 turned the association's departments into five executive committees, each with a head and a written task list: Activities and Events, Training, Development and Innovation, Media, Happiness and Positivity, and Quality and Development.
Structure
Each committee has a head named by the board; the secretary attends committee meetings (statute). Committee reports are approved at every monthly board meeting.

Activities and Events
Head: Mousa Al Amiri
Volunteer recruitment, the annual events calendar, site visits a week before each event, headquarters inventory. Includes senior citizens, people of determination, Baraem Al Emarat and logistics.

Training, Development and Innovation
Head: Hamad Saeed Al Shehyari
Annual calendar of lectures and workshops, brainstorming sessions, training partnerships, evaluation surveys; volunteers' innovations with their intellectual property protected.

Head: Iman Obaid Al Hafeeti
Media relations, statements, what is published about the association and the media plans.

Happiness and Positivity
Head: Sameen Asif Qazi
Occasions of the board, committees and volunteers; the International Day of Happiness in March; honouring partners and staff.

Quality of the association's work and its institutional development.
