1. Marketplace Nature
ArtSadeem operates as a marketplace connecting artists and buyers.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when:
- The artwork received is significantly different from the description
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The item was not delivered

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Digital artwork downloads once delivered
- Custom or commissioned artwork

4. Refund Request Window
Buyers must submit refund requests within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

The platform will review the request and coordinate with the artist if necessary.

6. Payment Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

7. Fraud Prevention
ArtSadeem reserves the right to reject refund requests that appear fraudulent.
